The consistency of grease plays a critical role in its function as a lubricant. Most consistency measurement methods are designed for use with newly manufactured greases where there is no constraint on the quantity available. Streamlined Grease Analysis

The Grease Thief Analyzer (GTA) provides a streamlined, non-destructive method to monitor in-service grease.  The GTA allows the technician to quickly obtain valuable grease analysis data to measures for wear, consistency, contamination and oxidation of the grease.
